NON SAI was born from the passion of Pasquale and Rossana, a couple in life and work. We’re simply two people who love doing things well, like serving a properly made cocktail or a dish that feels like home.
Every day we put our hearts and care into everything we do, creating a place that’s as much ours as it is yours.

NON SAI is near Porta San Niccolò, located in the heart of Oltrarno, the most authentic and lively neighborhood in Florence, away from the usual tourist routes. This corner of the city is our refuge, where time moves a little slower and every corner tells a story.
A small tip: you can park in Piazza G. Poggi, just 100 metres from NON SAI.
